Good job, that is a lift to be proud of. Any reason for the 16 reps? I've read the 6-15 reps for hypertrophy, I personally stick to the 8-12 range.

Thanks. Because I go to or close to failure every time. Just happened to be able to get 16 today, I figured I would tank at 10. That's why I went with 270 for the next set.

Just awesome. I think of you and DP when I do my little stretches with the resistance band (no weights allowed). At least I got permission for that! You both have such definition. Awe inspiring. :)

Thanks, everyone! Tassos, I do it this heavy maybe 4 times a week with lighter sets on the other 2-3 days.

Tassos, I only do 6 or so sets when I do it. I don't do workouts around any muscle groups. Full body every day starting with legs.
