Chicken chili! It’s good but a bit too spicy for me. I might have to add some sour cream (aka fat free plain Greek yogurt)

It looks good. I made chili this week but with ground beef. Not too hot but very tasty. Your chili does not have tomato?

Thanks Liv no it doesn’t have tomatoes. It was suppose to be a white chili but I love pink beans and green peppers do it’s not as white as it should have been 😁 When I make a regular batch of chili I use only 1 small can of rotel. I don’t really like a lot tomatoes

I made it with chicken breast, cannelloni beans, pink beans, bell pepper, onion, and McCormick seasons. For only 165 cals a cup with only 2 grams fat 😋

Damn I just divided up the rest of the batch and only got 6 cups instead of 8 😒 Not a big deal. I just recalculated the calorie count 213 cals per cup. But now it’s saved wrong in my recipe book 🙁
