Around 3 yrs, but I had a baby within those 3 yrs

I started when my oldest was 6-7 months, I lost 40 lbs. I got pregnant n gained 10-15 pounds. And after I had my second child I found the flexible diet and fat secret

Don’t think about how long it takes. Just make sure all the changes you make you can do them for the rest of your life and be happy. That is the only way you won’t regain the weight

I agree with rosio19, it's about gradual lifestyle change.... I started out nearly 2 years ago and slowly started making choices based on nutrition and not calories. Funny thing about nutritious foods (i.e. veggies, little to no fried foods or refined sugar foods), its amazing how much you can eat and how much fewer calories you intake.

Yes we can still eat “a lot” but if it’s healthy food it “Cost” less calories
