Chili, tacos, buffalo chicken dip. Also gotta put in pepperoni french bread pizzas, frozen or hm, just because. I also love pea soup and bean soup, but not everyone does.

Thanks for the ideas. We are a picky bunch. Pulled pork last weekend and only two like crack chicken. Chili is an option though! It’s supposed to Rain and maybe snow this week!

Chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken and cheese😋💜 a nice snack canned chicken, garlic hummus, franks red hot sauce and blue cheese crumbles, perfect for a snack and football serve with organic tostitos or backed pita

lentil chili is my crockpot go to. Canned tomatoes (fire roasted) -2 cans and also of beans (kidney, black, pinto, etc.), a pepper (red, green, whatever color you want), an onion, my recipe calls for fresh jalapeño chopped, but if I don't have on one hand, I'll use a small can of green chilis instead, whatever salsa is in the house, cumin, and chili powder if desired. Obviously you can add other vegetables if you are cleaning out the fridge, but that's pretty much it for my basic recipe.

I like canned chicken for pure protein. Deli turkey is another winner (with pickles for me). Rotisserie Chicken! Add veggies and you’re set!

Chicken in the crock pot almost daily around here. Had chicken soup for dinner - 45 gr protein.

That’s a lot of protein Bella! I don’t think I add that much chicken to mine.

I added 4 thighs to the pot soup; it calculated out to six servings and I had two servings.

I do 3 breasts. I measure the noodles, weigh the meat then add broth over the top. So I don’t add the chicken until it’s ready for the bowls. No clue on servings as no two times are the same lol.
