They were insanely good. The picture goes with a prior post about having made these last night. I have to work at a calorie compromise even if they were baked, not fried . I would not serve them to any of my diabetic friends. I only made six but ate 2 myself and tossed the rest.

They are apple cider doughs with a cinnamon and sugar coating.
