Woke at 229.4, up 1.4 from yesterday. Eating a lot of sodium lately. Will flush extra water through today. Went over on calories last night for red wine, but will eat fewer today to get back on track. OMAD at dinner, which Denise tells me will be crack chicken. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Good water flushing today led to a 226.4 pre-dinner weigh in. Time for some crack chicken!
