I made the Keto Cream of Crab Dip Soup last night, it's fantastic! Brought some to work and co-workers love it, and we still have about 4 servings left at home so it's on the menu tonight. Nutrition per 1 cup serving is: 380 Calories, 31g fat, >6g carbs, 18 g protien. It came out very thick so it could be adjusted, might not need the TBSP of flour which would reduce carbs slightly, not much.
