Woke at 224.6, up .8 after an indulgent night of eating and drinking. Got a nice sleep in however. Denise and I are heading up to Manhattan today to see some plays tomorrow. Will be eating at some nice restaurants tonight and tomorrow. So no weigh ins and no regrets! UPDATE: One more weigh in before leaving and got to 224.0. Fasting until a nice meal out in NYC tonight at about 9.
