Woke at 227.0, up 1.8 from yesterday after a large dinner out. Still need to add all that food to my log for yesterday. This was not as bad as I expected. Fasting at least until dinner, if not tomorrow. It depends on how many estimated calories I took in last night. UPDATE: Added up my calories from last night and I think I topped 4000! But I had under eaten a few times this week and I'm currently at an average of 1580 calories on a daily target of 1525. I did sweat a lot while sleeping last night due to the thermic effect of all that meat. UPDATE: Weighed 227.4 at 5 pm. Drank black coffee and 48 ounces of water today. Smothered pork chops and a strawberry/chocolate protein ice cream for dinner has me stuffed at under 980 calories.
