Woke at 227.0, down .4 from yesterday. After work meeting at Farmers & Distillers tonight. Fasting until then. UPDATE: Four drinks but no food at F&D. Got home at 226.2. Ate the last of the beef burgundy and some broccoli. Right on calories for the month.

If you keep working it the way you have been, I am sure you will be in the 2 teens. I have confidence in you. I know it is hard at times especially when you are working. Just keep at it the best you can.

I would wait and see how you do. If you read that IFIFYM's site, they wouldn't want you eating less. I am getting brain washed maybe ... but , I can't go much lower than 1200. So I may as well try their method.
