Well I’m new here, but not new to the dieting world lol... I’ve struggled with my weight since my teen years. About 4 years ago I lost about 55 lbs and my weight was around 185 lbs which I think is pretty healthy for me. That weight loss didn’t last too long though and I gained about 35-40lbs of it back over the years.
So here iam giving it another try but this time I’m working on eating less and watch what I eat instead of completely cutting sugar and flour out of y diet like last time

Welcome, have you continued cutting sugar and flour out, or did you only do that for a specific length of time? I've reduced my grains, but do eat whole wheat grains. Sometimes if I'm very hungry, a piece of whole grain bread is just the thing that curbs the hunger, and it's not a cookie, right? lol!
