Woke at 226.6, down 1.0 from yesterday. Business lunch out today will affect my evening weigh in. UPDATE: Ate a Filet Mignon salad without dressing today. It was great and didn't need it. But as of 4:45 pm, I am more hungry than I have been when not eating anything until dinner! Of course, this is my fourth day of a significantly low calorie intake. Been whooshing pretty solid this afternoon, so the weigh in at home may show me some good things despite having eaten lunch. UPDATE: Came home at 225.6. Not bad. Ate veggies and a few nuts for dinner and under 800 calories.
