Busy July! Back at getting in shape, eating right - starting today! Recorded breakfast and lunch, now to plan dinner.
Got invited to a wedding in September so I have the goal of 2 pounds a week in my head - 6 weeks, 12 pounds. Ok, will get started, see where it goes.

Welcome back! I've been having some success with planning my meals for the next day. Then I adjust them if necessary. But it gives me an idea of what I'll be eating for the day and helps me avoid impulse eating - although I almost gave into having a regular, sweetened Pepsi today!
