I thought about you this morning when I hit my new low. I can relate. Traveling and eating are a challenge for most. I’m almost in the 220s. Then we’ll be neck and neck 😄

Drag, we always need to find something. When I hit my current goal, I’ll start going after lower body fat goals. I think my big goal will be to get to 15% bf. That’ll give me a little an definition.

We have InBody scans at our gym. I have a pretty good target. I’ll have to get to about 207 lbs for 15%.

Thanks Drag. I like my beer and treats. Keep them in moderation and a nice 500 calorie (or so) deficit.
