Last day of our great cruise to Bermuda. Had a wonderful time and met a lot of new friends. We pulled into Bayonne, NJ, this morning (with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline). Ate breakfast, then disembarked, got to our van, and drove home. During the cruise, I ate three squares a day, including bread and desserts. I also drank my weight in wine and mixed drinks every day. Picked up a sinus infection, but I went and got some meds this afternoon for that. Did not weigh in during the trip, but jumped on the scale tonight after dinner and saw what I expected -- 246.8. That's a solid 18 pounds this week. Much if not most of it will be water that I have to drop. Looking for a whoosh this weekend (I hope). It will be hard to manage once I get back to work on Monday! Tomorrow is my weigh in day for the week, so hopefully I can drop a few before I have to log it! Happy August!
