Less talky, more showy. Scale isn't moving but I see progress. I usually hate flexing with my arms held high but the extra shape makes them look bigger. Waist is down to 35.5 from 37.5 in May, I believe. Back in size 30 jeans at 188 pounds at 69 inches.

Your shoulders and lats are looking good, any favorite exercises for them?

For shoulders dumbbell overhead presses either standing or seated. Bent over rear flys for the rear head. Also, I really think rack deads, pullups, and seated cable rows hit the rear shoulders well as well. Hell, even pulldowns if you lean back a little. For the lats, pullups, rack deads and one-arm dumbbell rows.

Not ready to compete to be honest and I don't think I would want to put myself through getting lean enough for that. 10% body fat is my goal. Competing would require getting to at least 7%. Every number below 10 would be a struggle. Never say never I guess. Thanks for the confidence in me though!
