Woke at 230.4, up 1.6 from yesterday. Planning 500 calories today. UPDATE: Came home at 229.2. Had extra calories for dinner as I grabbed a few whiskies after work and then had some pepper jack cheese, broccoli, and Parmesan at home. Tomorrow begins a mini vacation where I will meet several folks who read my website for an annual drag racing reunion. We'll do dinner on a river cruise in Pittsburgh. Picnic style stuff for the rest of the weekend.
