Yesterday I broke my personal swimming distance by going 20 laps (2/3 mile). I'm taking the grandkids to the pool today, and I want to see if I can match that again - depends a lot on how occupied the little one stays. Weight was up a tad this morning, but nothing had moved through me for 2 days, and I got UP at 3:30am, so I didn't have as much sleep as I needed. NOT looking forward to no water after midnight. I have one of the dryest mouths my dentist has ever seen, and I ALWAYS have a drink in my hand! Makes me thirsty just thinking about it! Fresh new day today. Let's all make the most of it!

Debbie, my dentist recommends Biotene (https://www.biotene.com/dry-mouth-products/). You don't swallow it, so you don't have to worry about it adding calories or fluid. The Mayo Clinic has some recommendations for dry mouth that include some cheaper options (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/dry-mouth/expert-answers/dry-mouth/faq-20058424).
