So I gained .8 while I was on vacation, but I am still happy that my maintenance program is going good. I knew it was going to be tough to maintain, but I realize it is tougher than I expected. I really get hungry for things that aren't on my plan and I sneak an ice cream cone every chance I get!
Golf was good yesterday, but it really got hot and humid before the day was over.

Diehard3– you might now consider whether you can change your mindset and remove the quilt laden words like SNEAK from your way of thinking. It is so detrimental to your psyche. You can easily CHOSE to have an ice cream if you want to. You can build occasional treats into your eating plan as part of your daily calorie and macro expenditure. This is one of the things that would make maintenance easier for people— practice making purposeful choices right from day one.

Good job! Not sure what eating plan you are on but to Kenna's point... 1/4 cup of icecream and a few tsp of topping of your choice shouldn't break the calorie bank.

It's all a big and continuing learning lesson and one that for each of us has to and needs to last our lifetime :} Wish I had made complete peace with that concept years ago instead of recently lol. in times gone by I had always strived to loose the weight by date x/or get down to y weight (and then somehow I would never have to diet/watch food intake again I guess rofl....ah life aint it grand?? :})
