So I gained .8 while I was on vacation, but I am still happy that my maintenance program is going good. I knew it was going to be tough to maintain, but I realize it is tougher than I expected. I really get hungry for things that aren't on my plan and I sneak an ice cream cone every chance I get! Golf was good yesterday, but it really got hot and humid before the day was over.
