Danana's Journal, 11 May 19

This morning I was reflecting on how it has taken 29 years for me to slowly gain 85 pounds. I never imagined I would get this big. I know it will take some time to lose this in a healthful way with a sustainable way of eating. I plan to lose 70 lbs and let my bloodwork determine whether or not to go for more. If the A1c is below 5.7 and the triglycerides below 150, I will be happy. Currently my A1c is 6.0 and triglycerides about 230.
