Danana's Journal, 11 May 19

After my first week of IF I have lost .9 lbs. I exceeded my recommended calories a few times and ate some foods that didn't benefit me so I am happy with with this result. I aim to stay within my RDI this week and make smart choices and will be back to weigh in next Saturday.
