Intermittent fasting again today. I'm finding the evening the worst time for wanting to snack. I removed everything snackable from my house but still hunting for a little "something"! The day is not over but I'm still working on getting 64 ozs of water.

What helps me is to eat enough fat and protein at my actual meals. But yeah snacking is a hard habit to break

I’m a snacker and probably always will be. I picked up some jaw busters. 20 kcal each. It keeps my mouth busy so I can eat mindlessly while I check here or read. I also don’t have to feel guilty as the candy bar I’d normally grab is way more calories and doesn’t last near as long.
