Woot woot! At last the scale is moving again. I'm calorie counting only. And I'm doing it honestly and carefully (though I was doing keto honestly and carefully). So, it was good to see some results this morning. Have a fabulous Friday.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
