alkalinizing the body with apple cider vinegar and green drinks, more fibre from avocados is helping move the weight again. Reading Mark Sissons blog and Dr. James DiNicolantonio's web on keto and on good/bad oils has helped a lot also. I have to keep going back and re-reading the finer points over to get them into my whole lifestyle.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks for the references, Patti. I hadn't heard of DiNicolantonio"s website; I'll look it up. I'm enjoying listening to Youtube videos by Dr. Pelz and Naomi Whittel. They are both experts on Keto for women.
