Saturday: Down 1.2 lbs today! Yay! I feel almost firmly in the 180's today. I haven't been this weight since before my DD was born 32 years ago! Yesterday was very busy at work. I walked 12,814 steps, 8.57 kms, 7 floors, and burned 2,310 calories. I only ate 1,325 calories. I tried very hard to bring my calories up yesterday without adding extra carbs. Hard to do with what I had on hand.

Today I finally have a day off. My back and ankles are looking forward to not being abused for one day. It is date night, and we are going out to a movie and a meal!
