Woke at 231.4, down .4 from yesterday. Two days of keto level eating, and then we are on the two-week diet break. Starting to get cold feet thinking about all the carbs, but I'm going to go with it. UPDATE: Fasted until 3pm and then ate some mixed nuts Denise bought as a diet break treat. Bad Bill! Huge on calories as solid cup of those went down before I got smart and went to cook some pork chops. UPDATE: Took a ketone and glucose test an hour after eating a cup of mixed nuts and 11 ounces of pork chops. Got a 98 glucose reading and .2 mm ketones. Unremarkable on both counts. UPDATE: Weighed at 5 pm and was 231.8. That late lunch will be the last meal of the day.

Nuts are a trigger food for me. I don't care how many there are, once I start,I don't want to stop until they're gone.

Good luck with the carbs! I always spiral out of control for At least a couple of days and then reign it in. If you can stand it, I’d suggest not eating too much carby un-nutritious foods like bread and rice. Could help keep ya steady.
