Woke at 230.0, up .2 after a 36-hour fast. Woke up at 3:15 and could not get back to sleep, so I got up at 4:15. Lots of nervous energy, which was probably my fasting caveman body saying, "Wake the hell up and go get us a Woolly Mammoth!" It's an eating day, so I ate two pork chops for breakfast and will enjoy lunch and dinner as well. Quite a lot of body water for a morning reading so I'll probably experience a whoosh later. UPDATE: Ate bacon and eggs later in the morning, and then some salami and cheese for a late lunch. Did happy hour after work and it was fun. Drank beer to take the carbs pretty high. My daughter Emily joined us and we ended up eating some sort of bar food at 9 or so, but I have to admit that I don't remember what it was. Came in the door at 235 plus, so Fasting Friday is called for!
