Monday-home today, will try not to eat too much! Very cold and windy and snowy out today so will stay in. I walked 8,982 steps (wasn't a very busy day yesterday at work), 5 flights of stairs, 6.01 kms, burning 2,109 calories. Ate 1367 calories.
