NACHOS - for less than 1.5 carbs!
48g of crunchy, gooey Fat!
Ingredients:
1 oz. Pork Rinds
28g (1oz.) Provolone Cheese
50g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 slices Hormel Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon
12 Pearls Large Black Olives

Layer ingredients on plate, and microwave for 30 seconds. (I put the olives on afterward.)

Yes, salty, too! I really can't take credit. Last week, I was asking for some ideas for a birthday party and someone (sorry, I don't remember who) said nachos could be made on pork rinds. This is the 2nd time I've had them. They are VERY filling!
