Bottom middle is from August. Top left Oct. Top right Nov. Bottom right Dec. Middle right Jan. and Bottom left Feb. First time making a collage and I had no idea how to get them in order so excuse me. Slow but obvious progress even through the Holidays. :)

Also. I was 178 in the Aug pic. Weaker and running 8 miles a day or more. Last pic is 10 pounds heavier with no intense cardio. So if you take the fact that I Gained 10 pounds on the scale while getting leaner and a lot stronger, I think I did really well, so called dirty food and all.

hey man, any tips on just getting leaner? mainly looking for a flatter stomach with more definition. I do HIIT and only consume 1800 calories a day. However I've actually been consuming less because my body just isn't calling for the extra food. I'm turning the big 30 this March 4th and wouldn't mind seeing some nice results. Thanks!

Thanks, everyone! Timothy, Unless you're really sedentary I'd up the calories a bit. 2300 at least. Lift heavy and prioritize protein.

I'm not even flexing in these, lol. When you make this a lifestyle, those accusations are bound to happen. When someone has been lifting off and on without really being dedicated they will never believe you can achieve a great body without drugs. Thanks for the compliment, Max. Also, thanks for suggesting the collage. It really helped with quelling any doubts that I am progressing despite the scale going up and then hovering at the mid 180's for months and months. I was even thinking I was delusional about seeing more detail in spots. Pictures are so important at this stage.

Thanks a lot people! I say this a lot but I can't wait until the Feb shot is another before shot. I'll practice the collage thing in the meantime haha!
