My High-Fiber, High-Fat, SUPER Low-Carb Breakfast:
1 cup Twinings Chai Tea with 2 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream and 1 Sweetleaf Stevia.
High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffin with 2 Tbsp. Butter and 1/3 cup Walden Farms Calorie-Free Pancake Syrup.
Stats:
Fiber = 12.9g; Fat = 84%, Net Carbs = 1.87
This is a high Calorie breakfast (743 calories), but it is VERY filling, and starts my day with fully HALF of my RDI for Fiber and saves me LOTS of Net Carbs for use later in the day.
