Greetings my Friendly Followers!
I am slowly improving at Orange Theory each day - I added some squats on the Bosu ball, crunches and hip raises for the glutes after my elliptical work was complete. Still on the "armless workout plan."
Idiot Box is down to 173.2 - which means I dropped 5 of the water weight gain post surgery. I am doing well reducing calories, and watching the overall carb intake, too. I am not as consistent as I would like but getting there a little every day.
It's Progress, not Perfection!
Goal Calories: 1150 or less, and carbs under 25 total grams per day. Macros: 55-65%/30-40%/5-10%
