Woke at 234.8, up 6.2 from Saturday morning (no weigh in on Sunday morning as I was out of town). Ate and drank a lot when I got in from my trip yesterday evening. Starting the day with protein coffee. UPDATE: Ate a large lunch today. Jason made waffles and I ate four squares. An hour later the carb monster hit, so I made the pictured turkey and cheese sandwich with keto almond flour bread. Pretty full but will have a slice of pork roast for dinner. Interestingly, I checked blood glucose two hours after eating the waffle and got a great 87 reading. UPDATE: Made it to 233.2 by the end of the day. Over on total calories and need to get in a fasting day to catch up.

M2B Calories do count, Remember Ms. Snezica, She lost all the weight eating carbs but her calories were low.

I didn't say calories don't count. I said to count the carbs not the calories. LOL! When lowering carbs, the calories just drop right alongside them automatically. 😉

Gotcha M2b, By the way I have my thick ski jacket on!! 54 DEGREES in Tampa Bay Florida, But its nice relief from the heat!!!

I would love to be where it is 54 degrees, Maine Coon. LOL! 31 degrees here right now. Still see snow and ice in places.
