Woke at 234.6, down .2 from yesterday. The last few days have me eating at the reverse-diet level of calories I ate at the end of 2018. Will do a fasting day today to get back on track, and then my standard one on Friday. UPDATE: Got to 233.0 by 5 pm. Will keep fasting until tomorrow morning.
