Three full days of Keto. Three full pounds lost! This is the least I have weighed in over ten years!

Debbie, I just read your profile. I'm 7-1/2 months older than you and tell a similar tale in my bio. Same "fat-when-I-was-thin" self-image that became a self-fulfilling prophecy. My goal is 173 lbs., and I've got a bit more to lose than you do at the moment, but I can see that my goal isn't unreasonable. Tally-ho!

@Miraculum, I enjoyed reading your bio, as well. My next goal is 175, so we're both headed to almost the same destination. When I hit 184, I'll weigh less than I have in over 14 years! Only 7 more pounds to hit that one, praise the Lord! Keep up the good work! I just posted a list of 27 LIGHT-Intensity exercises you might be interested in. Its in the Forum Posts section in the Challenge called "Daily Accountability 2019-#1" and tells how many calories you burn in an hour of each of the activities. You will burn MORE calories than it shows because you weigh slightly more than I do. You can record as little as ONE minute in the Exercise Diary. Hope that helps with you rob physical limitations. I want to try this but it sounds so expensive! Grass fed beef. Is that part necessary?

@SkinnieMinnie123, "grass fed beef" is a personal preference WHEN I can afford it! If not, any beef will do, but for Keto, you should go for the 80/20 ratio of lean to fat. We used to get the "extra lean" ground beef, but with Keto, you actually WANT fat in your diet. PS: My mother's name was Minnie!

@moustrap80, are you using the phone app or accessing your account on a computer? I've found that it is MUCH easier on the computer, but like that I CAN record on the app when I don't have my computer handy. You may have better luck accessing it from a laptop, if you have access to one. To do that, go to MyFatSecret.com. If you aren't automatically logged on, do that first. Across the top of the page (not in the green bar, but under the “enter search” box on the left – it has a fork & knife next to it) you will see some things that look like file folder tabs: My FatSecret, Foods, Recipes, Challenges, Fitness, etc. Click on the tab that says “Challenges.” Once there, on the right-hand side you will see a green-shaded box that says “Challenge Search.” Click inside the box and type (without the quotation marks): "Daily Accountability 2019-#1". Once you do that, you will see the challenge with a blue heading and a picture of a person holding up a sign that says, “I Can.” Once you click on the blue heading, it will take you directly to the Challenge page. That will show you all the mini-challenges, and the two posts I’ve made about Light-Intensity and Medium-Intensity exercises. You can find them at the bottom of the page where it says, “Latest Challenge Posts,” OR you can go to the green-shaded box under “Challenge Links” and click on “Challenge Forum.” I’m not sure where you need to go from there to actually JOIN (because it shows my page differently, since I am the Administrator), but it should be easy to find. I think it says something like, “Join This Challenge.” I know it SOUNDS confusing, but you’ll catch on easily! Hope this helps!

@Moustrap80, I'm supposed to be able to invite all my Friends to join the Challenge by personal invitation, but for some reason, your name doesn't show on my list. When I type it in manually, it says "No Such User Exists." See if following this link works. Just copy it and paste it into your browser.
