Woke at 231.6, down 3.8 after my Fasting Friday. Blood ketones were .8 mm, so I'm in mild nutritional ketosis. Ate a big breakfast but will probably wait until dinner to eat again. Might just do a protein shake then. UPDATE: Weighed in 230.8 before dinner. As shown in the photo, I ate some ham and mustard. Denise got me some mixed nuts today, so I had a handful of those, too. Will eat very lightly tomorrow so that I can eat a bit more on December 31 -- my son Jason's birthday. We are going out for dinner.
