I can't argue with that - I am on my 4th day of roast beef...and that is right after 3 days of prime rib...and I still love it...lol

Bill, I now have ham to use up also. They did good job on lots of it but still as just me there is a lot left. I may make some ham croquettes and freeze them on New Years Day.
