Woke at 231.0, up 2.2 from yesterday after eating essentially two dinners yesterday (some at an event and some more when we got home). Starting with protein coffee today and then will see what the day brings. I have to take Em to the airport at 11:30, so I am holding off on Lasix until I get back. UPDATE: Had a good day. Cooked up a bunch of steaks for meal prep for the week. Pushed out a lot of water. Weighed 227.6 before dinner.

Yeah I have been following your journey since I came back here. So it is not about numbers then. It is about becoming healthy. Seems like you are doing that.

It is hard to watch, I admit, 🤣 but if this is what it takes to fix a metabolism then I admire your fortitude to see this through.
