September goals: Hit the 180's and wear my new pants in the next smaller size. This morning I saw 189.6 pounds - and the pants fit - snugly - but they fit. I really want to securely arrive in the 180's and wear the pants to the office soon.
SO, one more week to fully hit my September goals!
Today is chilly but very pretty; so a bike ride, horseriding, or walk is on the agenda - and hoping my DH will participate with me.
Addendum: Yeah! We got in a beautiful wooded trail ride on our bikes!
Grateful for:
- The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today - My DH - who is my greatest "cheerleader" - My Bengal cat companions named Bodhi and Ravi - My work - which has meaning and worth to other human beings - My connection to the Mother Earth and its entire splendor - My physical health

I am sure you will make your September goal - you've been very consistent with your losses. Fitting into smaller clothes is such a treat. We are having chilly fall type weather here, too. I am looking forward to the leaves changing. Riding a horse sounds like the most fun option - I haven't been riding for quite a few years but used to love it. Have fun, whatever you choose!
