You all are silly! @swedishblondie I eat a half a meal out then come home and weight each component for the next meal so that I have a fairly accurate logging. The same meal out can be 800 kcal one time and the next it could be 1200. It stinks trying to weight out things from a fajita dish that’s all mixed in.
My kryptonite is the white cheese dip! I eat most there then pour the rest over the meal 😖.
