Woke at 218.2, up 1.4 from yesterday as my typical mid week spike recurs. I'm actually moving some water and bulk this week, so I hope I don't hit 220 again. I have been eating lunch pretty regularly, so I've dropped back into a 16:8 sort of thing instead of OMAD. If it keeps the pipes flowing, I may continue. Not sure if that is the difference or not. Great lunch today as my boss wanted to do Tacos at a great place. We were celebrating a pretty good briefing we gave to some congressional staff, which was well received. UPDATE: Got home at 218.6, so not too bad. Wondering about the morning weigh in as I've gone up 1-2 pounds a day. Will work from home on Friday and will do OMAD and a lot of water and coffee flushing.

Digestion is always a lill weird when low carb. I guess the body just uses most of it and there’s not as much waste 🤷‍♀️

Yeah lettuces are the only ones I could eat freely. Everything else adds up quick!
