Woke at 219.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. Got some decent sleep for a change, which is one of my top challenges. Will flush coffee and water today. Started the day with another coffee drink but added protein powder to collagen and MCT oil powder. Will fast until dinner, when I will eat a steak. UPDATE: Did all that and got to 219.2 before dinner. Enjoyed those steaks and a little salad. Also ate some barbecue pork rinds and a ketone protein bar.
