Not sure I'm going to like what the scale tells me tomorrow. Lost some of the vacation weight last week, but we did a motorcycle camping trip this weekend. Did my best to log my food, but had to guess on some of since I didn't cook it. But it's ok. We came home this morning and I've been diligent today with my food choices. Get back at it tomorrow morning, prepping for another weekend away for Labor Day. Maybe after that I will be able to get back on a steady losing trend. Traveling and eating out certainly is challenging. Even seemingly healthy choices at restaurants end up being pretty high calorie. I don't mind indulging occasionally, but I don't like doing it this close together. Really enjoyed the time with the hubs and our motorcycle group tho. Made some new friends, which is always wonderful. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Hubby wants to go to the lake this weekend and I’m worried about the same. Number one I’m sure I’ll be cooking for 10 people on a charcoal grill that I haven’t cooked on in years. What if I forget the scale? How am I going to log casseroles? How to keep my protein bars and shakes cold yet not soggy in an ice chest? I haven’t not logged since I got the app 5 1/2 months ago. Not like I’ll have an abundance of plates and such to separate everything out and now I cook mine separately. So I’ll have to eat processed junk I can easily log, meat only or a 3-4 day fast in the heat when I’ve never done a fast before. Pretty sure the other couple has a camper with oven for the sides :/. Otherwise it could be meat corn and potatoes but that’ll get old.

It's not helping me that we are going away AGAIN this weekend! We have a kite festival we go to every year in Beech Mountain. Pretty much every meal is eaten out. Not good for watching calories!
