Try to find a distraction ...... knit, crochet, good book, video game, painting, a craft, learn something new, etc. ...... chew gum....

I realized cravings subside when I dont react to them and then redirect myself. Grab a large bottle of powerade zero, zero calorie Monster or big iced coffee. Pickles also worked for me
