Woke with a slight recovery. Fasted until late afternoon. Started losing the extra water at a rate of a bathroom trip every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was driving from Colorado to Omaha! Made things interesting. Tomorrow we will drive to near Chicago and will target OMAD again.
