I have been hungry for pizza so made my own as I always do. I use pita rounds and I make my own sauce. I’ll send a pre baked and done picture. I like my pizza almost charred on top so take that into account.

The final count was sodium 800 (I rinse.my olives so take about 100 off that), Fats 18, carbs 44, fiber 6, protein 18, and calories 398. I try for about 40-50 carbs per meal. Those numbers include pita, sauce , toppings. And cheeses

Very nice. I made chicken and cauliflower with sauce and mozzarella and also added olives. Next time I will use pita - I have some whole wheat ones.

That looks so good. I bought some Italian sausage the other day because it sounded good but I put it in the freezer to figure out what to make with it. Yesterday at the store I picked up a little jar of pizza sauce and some Kroger shredded mozzarella and haven’t planned a crust yet. Maybe flat bred idk being off dairy and low carbs it’s hard to figure stuff out.

I just keep all the ingredients on hand like the olives, pita, and sauce and almost always have the cheeses in the fridge someplace. I have had the occasion to “babysit” for my young marathon runner friend and another little girl from her running crew and they like pizza. So I make it and they split it and have a small salad on the side. Goods habits start young.

Oh man !!! This pizza is done to my liking (perfectly)......this is exactly how I would cook it .....my family would complain it is too dry.....but I love that bit of crunch when biting into it ..... Thanks for sharing ---but now I'm gonna have to have one myself tonight. :D

This looks great did you get a calorie count in or are you just measuring macros? I too am a lover of the crispy charred version, I always like that extra bite can't abide a limp pizza. Is that just regular pita bread pocket then.. the crust looks so good for that?

Bandai— sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yes it is just a regular 6 inch pita that I buy at Sprouts.—the nutritional count is at the top of the picture, but it is about 398 but that is pita, sauce, toppings and cheese. I don’t do keto so in my world I manage my sodium. I make my own sauce and freeze it in silicone ice cube trays. Always there when I need it. It makes a great thing to make for a group. I do a pizza bar.
