Woke at 211.0, down 3.4 from yesterday. Amazing that I lost weight after eating a lot last night. But finally moved a lot of water and waste overnight. Commencing a 72 hour fast. UPDATE: Completed a fast with coffee and water, plus my supplements. Minor calories and macros from the coffee and pills. No hunger at all today. Will be interesting to see how I feel on Saturday and Sunday. Weighed 212.2 late in the day after some rehydration. The waking weight is today's low.

I’ve seen you post similar and my brain just ain’t getting it lol. How do you know all of that? I get that it’s your fat and lean weights and %. But how do you know the water weight? And it doesn’t add up to your 211, but I’m exhausted so maybe I did he math wrong in my head ;). I would love to know exactly what each thing weighs like bones, organs, muscle, fat, water, skin etc. Then to know what % of each I’m losing as I lose weight. Not a water drinker except rarely when out in the sun working. Started trying to drink tea or coffee - 2-5 mugs a day or 2 16oz cups for tea. Since I cut sugared pop out and limit sugar free pop to 2 a day I know I’m probably dehydrated.
