5/10/18 LATE ENTRY: Did not get a chance to update Fatsecret as I was running day and night.

Woke at 216.2, up 1.0 from yesterday after lots of red wine and late dinner last night. Went to the hospital to get my stitches out and I was there for four solid hours as they haphazardly dealt with the insurance company to do an MRI on my knee (which is still hurting and swollen). Did not drink or eat anything until 1pm when I got back to work. Drank a large bottle of sparkling water. Went to a short happy hour after work and drank three beers. Came home at 217.4, so the waking weight was today's low. Ate a good dinner and called it a day.
