HEL----LO---- I'M HE----RE!!!
Wow. What should have been a 10 hr trip (without pit-stops) took 2 days because of car trouble! We had to call a wrecker service to tow us to our new home then once there drive my Jeep back to pick up the "abandoned" utility trailer(another 2 hrs one way). BUT,we made it to our destination finally, all but a few small boxes are unpacked, most everything is organized in its new place & we are ready to get on with finding new joys in THIS adventure!
Man,I've missed YOU guys!!!
I may find my journey here a bit more trying than it has been & so am asking for help thru the support & encouragement YOU have so greatly gave in the past, knowing that I can trust my Buddies to be here for me.Thanks for all the PM's! I didn't read them until today because of internet issues but I hope that's all taken care of now.
Where my worry comes in is weighing in. My scale was left behind (with a lot of other stuff we will be going back for in a month or so)so I will not be weighing in! That really bums me cuz I weighed in daily & seeing the #,whether up or down, was such a motivator for me. Anyway I choose to look at this as a positive challenge that is meant to change me for the better! After all will I be weighing in daily once I reach my ideal goal? Doubtful. So I'll use my trusty tape measure a little more than I had to gauge my progress!!! I'll be more alert to the NSV's that prove what I'm doing is on track! To begin again I will start by creating a schedule that allows me to get in my walks & workouts every day!!! CHEER ME ON!
