First weigh in after three weeks of a diet break. I had not weighed myself for awhile so I am a bit surprised to see I am still at goal. I tried to limit portions and be healthy. That may have worked. But I felt my food addictions creep back so I am happy to be back on a stricter regime. Plan is to stay on "losing weight mode" to make sure things are stable again and then evaluate.

The diet break was because we had family over and did lots of birthday celebrations on top of the Easter ones. Four generations were present. House was really packed. It was a lot of fun. Miss it quite a bit and trying to adjust to same old.
'.Before Easter I injured my food. It is still not 100% but I can do most exercises just not put too much pressure on my big toe. I think I will try some running this week. Today lifting, gardening and walking.

Not super warm spring yet but Skunk cabbage has arrived. First food for bears in this region. But I have not seen any yet. :)
